So happy my items arrived!!! Was worried at one point because the shipment says it contained two items but I only received one. I emailed the support tech and they responded in a timely manner. They explained what happened and assured me that there should be one more shipment coming. And they were right. I’m so glad I bought my veer products with them! They handled the situation well. One happy customer here!!!
An item I ordered was not available as quickly as previously stated, they reached out, provided alternatives, and delivered it in a day! Wonderful customer service.
Tried to purchase a car seat that ended up being out of stock; Heather was gracious in trying to find a suitable replacement. Ultimately we ended up having to go in a different direction with our purchase but I appreciated the owner's efforts in trying to help us out.
