I requested a quote on a Saturday with Brush Above the Rest and on Sunday, I received a call from Brian, the owner. I gave him a quick rundown of what I was looking for and we scheduled a time for him to look at my house. He came over on Monday, I received a quote that evening and on Thursday, Brian and his team were painting the interior of my home. They completed the job Friday morning. They did an absolutely amazing job! Throughout the entire experience, Brian was excellent at communicating any concerns he had and always asked if I had any questions. My husband and I are thrilled with the job that Brian and his team did in our home. We know who to call next time we have a painting project we would like to hire out! Thanks again, Brian!
Called Brian at BAR for free estimate. Multiple times we scheduled to meet and all but the last time, he had reasons not to show. I had to contact him to find out why. He said he was having medical issues and I completely sympathized with that and told him to wait until things improved. He contacted me after a week to ask to reschedule again, but again, didn't show and asked to come the next day instead. When we finally met, I was tired and hot from cleaning up and my dog was barking loudly so I had to physically move him out of the room. Understatement that we didn't start off well. I wanted a certain paint which he had told me I could do earlier, but then was hesitant to use that brand because of whatever reason. Finally, I asked him to move his bid writing from the hand painted counters my daughter and I had worked on to the stove top and he said, in a huff, I'm out of here and left.
I was in a time crunch to get some exterior paint done. Brian went out of his way to squeeze me into his schedule and did not make me feel like I was a burden. Very great at communicating, very polite and followed through on everything he said. Strongly recommend this company for your painting needs. Five star experience, this guy cares about his customers.
