    I have been an archer for several years. I have shot the range and purchased several products from Archery Central in the last five years and had always been pleased. So on April 16 I was given a bow. I recently moved to Nampa so I went to Archery Central where I bought over $1,060.00 dollars in accessories and services. That night I fletched twelve arrows and tried to configure my new thumb release like the picture on the box. I could not figure it out. No big deal, I planned on spending most of the morning getting my draw set so I could cut the arrows. The next day was my birthday and I went in to Archery Central. They had a new employee come over and I told her I didn't think she could help. The manager came over to look at it and was also stumped. She asked Danny the owner to come take a look at it when he was finished. I told him I bought it there yesterday and he started trying to put it together. After a few minutes he looked up at me an stated "you got me, I don't know how it goes together either". I don't say anything, I am waiting for the, but we will figure it out. When he didn't say anything else, I thought maybe he thought I bought it somewhere else, so I repeated I bought it here yesterday and there is another one in his display case. That's when everything came off the rails. Danny looks at me and says " I don't care where you bought it." I am just standing there thinking did he really just say that, there are at least 6 or 7 people standing nearby listening waiting to get helped. So I reply "What?" So he repeats himself. Then he deicides to go even stronger and says "At this shop once you buy it, it is up to you to figure out how to use it." If my jay could have dropped any further I would have had to dig a hole for it. I stated his was not the only shop in the valley and I better just leave. The manager who had been trying to call Danny off then says I can call the manufacturer on Monday. I said that was all I was looking for, some support, but now we are past that I'm leaving. I would buy off the internet before I would go into his shop again, he basically said that to everyone in his lobby. Good Luck

    Fantastic people to deal with!!! This is a very friendly and helpful shop. I went in thinking about buying a new bow, I was greeted when i came in the door and was asked how they could help me. They answered all my questions with no pressure and I ended up buying a a new VXR 31.5. Thank you guys, I will be back.

    Dude was more worried about his buddy showing up rather then selling a new bow. If I had to say truly and honestly, I was extremely disappointed in customer service.. Dude rather watch his friend shoot at the pavement with there new Mathews , slapped right off the pavement while I’m trying to test fire a non sighted bow acting like he’s cam hanes! DAF, so I bought the same bow in Boise for 450!!????????????????????????☺️????????????????

    Had a two hour class and paid for it and when I showed up for the class that I scheduled 3 weeks ago no call to let me they close today not very happy
